A Miramar dining room that turns into a party once the DJ starts, Tribeca plays Latin American cooking loud and generous. The kitchen sends out plantain-crusted salmon with cheesy yuca mash, churrasco al gallo, shrimp and mofongo, yuca empanadas and chimi sliders, with a vegetable mofongo built for the table's vegetarian.
