BOCADOS – Restaurant

Tacos built with intent, from a Parkland kitchen that thinks as hard about salsa and pickle as it does about protein. Guajillo chicken meets salsa verde and smoky alioli; spicy citrus pork gets chipotle salsa and slaw; carne asada takes fire-roasted salsa and avocado relish; birria quesa arrives with braised brisket, Monterey Jack and a cup of broth. Mahi mahi goes in masa beer batter. Start with BBQ brisket tostadas under avocado crema, pickled jalapeno relish and cotija. Quesadillas and burritos run the same fillings. Pick any three for a taco combo. Tuesday brings its own taco and tostada specials.
