BOH Catering and More runs out of a suite on East 23rd Street in Panama City, opened in late 2025 by the former owner of Sizzling Shrimp and Mr Sizzles. Rather than event work alone, the shop sells dinners and soups to go, prepared fresh and packaged for pickup, with orders also routed through a delivery app for anyone who would rather not swing by the counter. Full-service catering for parties and events runs alongside that everyday to-go menu, built around home-style comfort dinners and made-from-scratch soups rather than banquet trays alone, a seafood-kitchen past carried into a smaller storefront.
