Bases include spinach and almond salad, jasmine rice, forbidden black rice and pesto noodles. Add garlic broccoli, power bean medley, chilled street corn or maple sweet potatoes, then teriyaki chicken, garlic pepper steak, roasted coho salmon or miso glazed tofu.
