Choose from chopped kale salad, naked artisan greens, jasmine rice, forbidden black rice or Asian sweet potato noodles, then pile on cucumber tomato medley, garlic broccoli or maple sweet potatoes. Rotisserie chicken thigh, lemon chicken, garlic pepper steak, roasted coho salmon and miso glazed tofu cover the proteins, and smoky chipotle or cilantro lime vinaigrette finishes them. Signature bowls exist to save the indecisive. Everything is gluten free, and diners consistently note the generous portions.
