Out on West Eighth Street in Tamiami, a Thai-Japanese kitchen that plays both hands properly: fragrant red curry and tom yum soup on one side of the menu, sashimi and nigiri cut at the bar on the other. Pad Thai, satay, fried rice and teriyaki cover the Thai half; spider, volcano, rainbow, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls cover the Japanese one, with poke bowls, tuna poke and unagi alongside.
