The Parrilla Botalon anchors things; the Supreme adds pork ribs to steak, chicken, sausage, cassava and salad. Cachapa mixta folds a sweet corn pancake over soft cheese and grilled steak with sausage, chicken or ribs. The Botalon Burger is an argument in a bun: beef, chicken, smoked pork chop, bacon, egg, potato sticks, corn, fries. Papelon con limon cuts through it. Guests keep describing relaxed service, generous plates, and prices that manage to stay reasonable.
