A mother-and-daughter kitchen on wheels bringing Uruguay's grill culture to the Bradenton area, one order at a time. The headliner is the chivito: beef steak stacked with melted cheese, bacon, ham, lettuce, tomato and a fried egg. Milanesas arrive breaded and fried in beef or chicken, and choripan comes with chimichurri. Empanadas rotate through ground beef, shredded chicken, ham and cheese, and a vegan filling. Off the grill there are pinchos and a full parrillada served with fries and salad. Finish with alfajores, churros, guava or dulce de leche pastelitos, or the house polvito. They also cater parties and events.
