A Colombian chicken shop on West 68th Street in Hialeah that opens at nine and cooks straight through to nine at night, with charcoal-roasted pollo a la brasa turning behind the counter all day. Beyond the chicken the menu spreads across carnes, cerdo, mariscos and picadas: bandeja paisa piled with beans, plantain, steak, egg, sausage and chicharron, carne asada with fries, arroz con camarones, and a house shrimp ceviche in red sauce.
