BRASS TAP UNIT B EATERY – Restaurant

Pembroke Pines gets the full format here: a long taproom on Southwest 145th Terrace, open from late morning until one or two in the morning, with 150-plus draught and bottled pours weighted toward South Florida brewers like 3 Sons, Tarpon River and Barrel of Monks. The kitchen runs shareables, among them hand-breaded pickle chips, mac 'n cheese bites, pretzels with white queso and Boom Boom shrimp, then burgers, subs, wraps, wings and whole pizzas. Brunch, lunch, happy hour and late-night happy hour all get their own menus. Few beer bars feed you this seriously at midnight. This one quietly does.
