Railroad names run straight through the menu at this Zephyrhills breakfast house on Gall Boulevard, part of a Florida chain that began in Port Richey in 1995. The Depot Breakfast covers two eggs any style; the Train Station piles on three eggs, three bacon, three sausage and pancakes. Train Wreck buries a homemade biscuit and pepper-and-onion homefries under sausage gravy. Hobo brings corned beef hash, and the Norfolk and Western scrambles eggs with onion and cream cheese. Railyard omelets, skillets, dollar pancakes and a breakfast burrito fill out mornings, with burgers, wraps and quesadillas after. Seven to three, every day.
