BREW HOPE – Restaurant
Brew Hope is a coffee trailer at 6675 SE Maricamp Road in Silver Springs Shores, open Thursday through Sunday mornings. Owner Carrie Conner built the truck around a simple creed, giving back to foster care one cup at a time, with ten percent of profits funding Marion County foster programs and job training for teens aging out of the foster system. The menu runs about two dozen coffee and tea flavors, fresh-squeezed lemonades, dirty sodas, and croffles, a croissant pressed waffle-style. Beans come roasted locally by FirePower Coffee Roasters. Customers keep returning for the cause as much as the cup.
