French tacos are not tacos at all, and Brick'N'Cheese on College Street builds its entire menu on that idea: a folded, griddle-pressed wrap with french fries and a secret cheese sauce sealed inside. The Signature Brick loads chipotle sauce, lean ground beef, crispy chicken, caramelized onions and cheddar. The Farmer swaps in honey mustard, chicken breast, nuggets, mushrooms and mozzarella; the Hot and Spicy doubles the beef and adds jalapenos; the Veggie runs a patty with black beans and fried onions. There is a build-your-own option, plus a limited edition. Doors stay open past midnight, and later still on weekends.
