BROOKLYN WATER BAGEL – Restaurant

The bagel is kettle boiled in water engineered to mimic Brooklyn's, which is the brand's founding argument and the reason it grew out of Delray Beach across Florida from 2009 onward. Varieties run plain, everything, poppy, sesame, salt, garlic, onion, asiago and cinnamon raisin, plus a Black Russian seeded or plain, whole wheat and gluten-free. Sandwiches carry borough names: The Brooklyn piles egg, bacon, sausage and ham; The Williamsburg takes smoked salmon; The Jersey Boy runs Taylor ham. There is a Reuben, a toasted club melt and a bagel dog. Iced coffee arrives on coffee ice cubes, never watered down.
