Thirty-two lanes deep in Spanish Springs, Fiesta Bowl is as much sports bar as bowling center now, run under Bowlero's banner with a kitchen built for sharing. The menu skews toward the alley classics done well: Bavarian pretzels with cheese sauce, buffalo chicken quesadillas, a nacho avalanche regulars call out by name, and a griddled cheeseburger stacked next to Nathan's classic hot dogs. Sixteen-inch pizzas and flatbreads round out the pies, wings come classic or boneless, and funnel cake fries close things out. Add a rotating cocktail list and it plays as a genuine night-out kitchen, not a snack counter.
