BRUSTER'S ICE CREAM – Restaurant
Just a few minutes from the Gulf on Coastal Palms Boulevard, this is beach-evening ice cream done from scratch. Every batch is made in the store, with over two dozen flavors on the board each day out of roughly 150 rotating recipes, so the lineup shifts constantly. Waffle cones are baked on site. Beyond the plain scoop there are sundaes, banana splits, mix-in Blasts, shakes and freezes, plus sherbet, Italian ice, sorbet, no-sugar-added and oat-milk choices for anyone skipping dairy. Cakes and cream pies can be ordered ahead. Drive-through, outdoor seating, and the doors are open eleven to ten daily.
