BRUSTERS REAL ICE CREAM – Restaurant

A counter-service ice cream stand on Malabar Road, at its busiest through the long Brevard evenings when the walk-up window draws a queue. Everything is frozen in-store from a milk-based mix, so the scoop lands dense rather than airy, and more than twenty-four flavors rotate daily from about 150 recipes. Waffle cones bake on the premises. The board runs to Blasts built with mix-ins, sundaes, banana splits, shakes, freezes, sherbet, Italian ice and oat-milk scoops, plus cakes and pies made to order. Dogs get a free sundae with a biscuit. Kids under three feet tall get a free baby cone.
