BUBBLE POPS – Chinese
Part boba counter, part pop-culture clubhouse: Bubble Pops sits on Old Canoe Creek Road in St. Cloud, decked out in movie, television and music references with a small stage in the corner. The shop opened in July 2024. Daytime is milk teas and Asian street food, takoyaki, gyoza and spring rolls. Evenings the room shifts into a lounge pouring boba cocktails with names borrowed from records and films, Yodaboba and Taro G among them. Trivia, karaoke and live music fill the calendar, and shelves of collectibles designed by the owners line the walls. Open until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
