BURGERFI – Restaurant

This is the late one on Collins Avenue: a North Beach burger kitchen that keeps serving past midnight, and until two on Friday and Saturday. Angus beef, no added hormones or antibiotics, comes as the house cheeseburger with Fi Sauce, the Bacon Cheeseburger, or the CEO Wagyu with candied bacon-tomato jam and truffle aioli. Chicken sliders, Fi-Lafel sliders, fresh-cut fries and beer-battered onion rings back them up, with frozen custard shakes after. Diners note the room is kept clean and the burgers land well above ordinary fast food. Handy after a day on the beach, and handier still after midnight.
