On North Military Trail in Boca Raton, Burtons runs a polished neighbourhood grill that cooks from scratch and takes allergy and gluten-free ordering seriously enough to build a reputation on it. Begin with New England clam chowder, cheesesteak spring rolls or General Tso cauliflower, then move to the Prime Burger, a short rib grilled cheese, crab-crusted haddock or Cajun shrimp pasta. Steaks run from steak frites to a fourteen-ounce ribeye. The patio catches the evening, weekend brunch fills the room and happy hour keeps the bar busy. Doors open late morning daily, later Fridays and Saturdays. Parking is on site.
