A daytime Colombian kitchen on Northwest 36th Street in Miami, open from eight in the morning until five and built for people who want a full plate at lunch. Bandeja paisa is the anchor: your choice of protein with beans, sweet plantains, pork belly, arepa and rice under a fried egg. Sancocho brings Colombian short rib soup with rice, and mondongo, sobrebarriga and viudo de pescado fill out the board. Chicharron and chorizo come on arepas; there are empanadas by the piece, mojarra frita, churrasco, chuleta valluna. Coffee runs Cuban style, colada and cortadito. Finish with tres leches or flan.
