Nacatamales are the anchor, joined by indio viejo, the thick shredded-beef and corn-tortilla stew, and pescado a la Tipitapa. The rest reads like a good neighbourhood cafeteria: pechuga de pollo a la plancha, higado a la italiana, pollo frito, carne asada, chicken soup sold by the quart, tacos and chicken sandwiches.
