CAFFEINE ROASTERS – American
Caffeine Roasters started in downtown Tampa in 2016, sourcing Arabica from Africa and Latin America and roasting it for its own cafes. The food is no afterthought. All-day breakfast runs to spinach feta scrambled eggs, peanut butter banana toast, avocado aioli and ham biscuits, yogurt with honey-roasted granola, banana oatmeal and a homemade quiche. Later the counter turns to sandwiches: vegetarian pesto mozzarella baguette, turkey with cranberry aioli, a tuna melt, garden and roasted chicken salads. Early opening suits commuters and laptop crowds equally. Several Tampa locations, each carrying a slightly different card. Beans they roast themselves, food they cook.
