CAMP CREEK GOLF CLUB – Restaurant

Camp Creek is the Tom Fazio course at the centre of Watersound Club's Inlet Beach campus, and the clubhouse around it now does as much eating as golfing. 1936, named for the founding year of the company behind the club, runs an upscale bar and lounge daily from seven in the morning until ten at night. Breakfast is the strength: southern eggs benedict on a buttermilk biscuit with fried green tomatoes, a Southwesterner bowl of blackened shrimp and chorizo, Logan Turnpike stone-ground grits, fried chicken and waffles. Bark 'N Brine smokes barbecue poolside. Members and Camp Creek Inn guests only.
