Captain's Tavern runs on South Dixie Highway in Miami with its own seafood market alongside, which is why the fish list reads like a dock manifest: whole Florida lobster, stone crab claws, hogfish, yellowtail, swordfish, snapper and grouper. Starters range wide, from Ipswich steamers and clams casino to tuna poke, gravlox, soft shell crab, conch fritters and Thai-style fried lobster nuggets.
