Reisterstown Road's kosher corner for pizza, sushi and ice cream, all under a single roof and a single certification. Caramel's has run for well over fifteen years, turning out New York-style pies and calzones alongside a long sushi list prepared by an in-house chef, plus falafel, knishes, cheese pretzels and fries. Gluten-free pizza joined the line-up more recently. The ice cream counter is the other half of the business, and the reason a quick stop turns into dessert. Supervision is Star-K, with Cholov Yisrael, Pas Yisrael and Yashon status. Friday closes early; Saturday reopens after Shabbat and runs to midnight.
