David Chu's China Bistro – Restaurant

Kosher Chinese in northwest Baltimore, on Reisterstown Road, doing dine-in, carry-out and short-radius delivery. The card is enormous - well past two hundred dishes - across chicken, beef, veal and duck: sesame chicken, General Tso's, Mongolian beef, Hunan veal, orange beef, crispy and Peking duck, and a Happy Family of all three meats in the chef's special sauce. Starters run to scallion pancakes, Szechuan soft wontons, cold sesame noodles and a pu pu platter. A separate sushi and sashimi list sits alongside. Lunch comes with rice and either soup or an egg roll. Closed Saturdays, and closing early on Fridays.
