A Reisterstown Road bagel counter under Star-K supervision, doing considerably more than bagels once you are through the door: omelets and pancakes, blintzes and waffles, hot soups, wraps, sandwiches and salad platters. The bagels are still the reason people come, and they travel — the shop ships them well beyond Maryland. Hours follow the Jewish calendar, closed from Friday sundown through Shabbat and the high holidays. Early doors most days. Order a dozen; you will not be the first to over-order.
