CARMELA COFFEE BRIC – Restaurant

Inside the Boca Raton Innovation Campus on T-Rex Avenue, Carmela's BRIC cafe has served the office towers since 2021, a modern room built for meetings, study sessions and a decent lunch between them. Coffee traces to El Cuminate, the company's Costa Rican family farm, small-batch roasted in Florida. Breakfast runs until noon: shakshuka, bagel with lox, croissant sandwiches, and oven-baked pancakes under berries and granola. Afternoons bring flatbreads, keto bowls, quinoa salads and pressed sandwiches such as crispy bacon with brie. Visitors regularly note how quick and friendly the counter is.
