CARRERA WINE CELLAR – Restaurant

A wine cellar on San Marco Avenue that works as a tasting room as much as a shop. Flights are the entry point, and a self-pour sampling machine lets you try a rotating rack by the glass before committing to a bottle. Food is deliberately simple and built for pairing: charcuterie boards where you pick the cheeses and they arrive with cured meats, bread and small accompaniments, plus Bavarian pretzels, bruschetta and chocolate. Wine classes, hosted tastings and a wine club keep the calendar full. It is shut early in the week, then open afternoons and evenings through the weekend.
