The taco list covers cochinita pibil, barbacoa, carnitas and quesabirria, plus Ensenada-style versions of breaded octopus, shrimp or fish under coconut slaw. Larger plates run to chile en nogada, prime ribeye, grilled picana, whole fried mojarra and salmon in a passionfruit-mango sauce.
