Peruvian and Latin cooking on Florida's Treasure Coast, ordered at the counter and built to travel. Ceviche anchors it — de pescado in lime, and a mixto stacked with fish and mariscos — while the rest of the board runs criollo classics: lomo saltado, tallarines saltado with chicken or beef, arroz chaufa in both chicken and seafood versions, jalea de mariscos, papa a la huancaína, fried fish, palomilla encebollado, a pork chop with rice and two sides. Sandwiches hold their own too, a Cuban and a pan con bistec among them. Empanadas, salchipapa, a daily soup and flan close it.
