Char-Q – Restaurant
A kosher steakhouse overlooking the Eagle Ridge golf course in Lakewood, where everything is made in-house and the bar turns out proper cocktails. Prime beef leads here: sixteen-ounce boneless ribeye, cowboy steak, flat iron, filet, and flaming wet- and dry-aged tomahawks, plated with confit potato, shishito peppers and red wine reduction. A full sushi counter runs alongside, from bluefin tuna crudo and crispy rice to the Augusta and Tuna Explosion rolls. Elsewhere sit steak tartare with bone marrow, smoked lamb riblets, brisket flatbread, beef ramen, duck breast, Thai king salmon and lamb rack. The room runs Sunday to Thursday only.
