Tucked at a Dolphin Mall entrance, this Latin grill is built around one thing: meat over charcoal. The house specialty is churrasco, sold in three sizes from the eight-ounce Baby up through the Big Hunter and the sixteen-ounce Presidente, all charbroiled vacio steak with two sides. Skirt steak, Brazilian picanha, ribeye and lomo saltado round out the beef page. Start with tostones and fried cheese, plantain chips with garlic-lime mojo, or the chicken breast Caesar. Combo platters pair churrasco with chicken, chorizo or bacon-wrapped shrimp. Prices stay family-sized. Steak, chimichurri, two sides, no ceremony - that is the whole pitch.
