CHARLEY'S PHILLY STEAKS – Restaurant

A Charleys counter in the Southland Mall food hall, where cheesesteaks are griddled to order on a flat-top you can watch. Thin-shaved steak, sauteed onions and melted cheese go into toasted rolls; the chicken Philly, Steak Bomb, Pit Boss BBQ and Old School Triple Melt cover the rest of the board. Wings come classic or boneless by six, ten, thirty or fifty, tossed in buffalo, garlic parmesan, Korean barbecue, hot honey or mango habanero. Add loaded fries, mac and cheese bites, tenders and hand-spun shakes. Open late morning through evening, shorter on Sundays. Dine in, take out, or order delivery.
