A Lakeland Hills Boulevard diner that opens at seven and runs breakfast straight through the day. Three-egg stuffed omelets come with home fries, hash browns, grits or cheese grits and a choice of toast; hotcakes and French toast arrive beside two eggs and a couple of meats. Sausage gravy over butter-grilled biscuits is the house move, corned beef hash the other. Later the board shifts to country fried steak, shepherd's pie, liver and grilled onions, bone-in pork chops, triple-decker clubs, burgers and a corned beef reuben on grilled rye. Homemade soups round it out. Unpretentious, generous, and gone by mid-afternoon.
