Set at the south main entrance of Dolphin Mall, with free self-parking and curbside pickup bays, this is the shopping-day version of a chain that never learned restraint. The menu runs past 250 scratch-made dishes: Avocado Eggrolls, Fried Macaroni and Cheese, Thai Lettuce Wraps, Louisiana Chicken Pasta, Glamburgers, flatbreads, a Mediterranean Bowl of charbroiled chicken kabobs, and Chicken and Waffle Skewers with maple-butter syrup. Thirty-plus cheesecakes wait at the end. Weekend brunch stops at two, happy hour runs weekday afternoons in the bar, and the kitchen keeps going until eleven on Friday and Saturday.
