CHETO GRILL – Restaurant

An Argentine charcoal grill on wheels, working the southern end of Miami-Dade at weekends and catering events the rest of the week. Everything goes over live charcoal. The parrillada is the headline act: eight ounces of beef picanha, eight of grilled chicken thigh, a chorizo and a pile of hot fries, sized for two, with a bigger CheTo version adding pork ribs and a second chorizo for four. Sandwiches handle the quick trade, choripan and an eight-inch flank steak on fresh bread among them. Empanadas come fried and filled with beef, chicken, ham and cheese, or spinach, plus salted wings.
