The Chinese half covers house special fried rice, lo mein, egg foo young, kung pao chicken and General Tso's, plus a chicken wing special. The Filipino half is where it gets interesting: pork adobo, sinigang soured with tamarind, and silog breakfast plates of beef tapa or corned beef with garlic rice and a fried egg. Party trays feed a whole crowd. Thai tea and coconut juice to drink.
