Entry 8 of the Dolphin Mall food court, where the grill runs all day and the chicken never sees a freezer. It is marinated at least twenty-four hours in a house mix of juices, fresh herbs and spices, then cooked to order and finished with sauces made on site. Plates are built around half or whole birds with seasoned rice, plantains and vegetables filling the tray, and ribs turn up alongside. What diners mention again and again is the sheer size of a portion for the money. Open ten to nine, later than a lunch break needs. Simple, done properly.
