CHICKEN STACK FIRE GRILL – Restaurant

Grilled chicken, stacked. On Southwest 88th Street in West Kendall, Chicken Stack assembles its bowls layer by layer and grills through the day rather than reheating. The Miami Stack piles chicken breast over white rice, black beans, sweet plantains, lettuce and tomato with pita; the Aztec adds jalapenos, sour cream and guacamole; the Hawaiian brings pineapple and its own sauce. Lighter builds exist, from a Low Carb Stack to a brown-rice Mediterranean with hummus and pico de gallo. Sides lean tropical: yuca fries, sweet plantains, fried cheese, corn on the cob. Takeaway and delivery both run smoothly through the evening.
