Corey Avenue on St Pete Beach, a room that spills outdoors, and local musicians most nights. Kim and Ken Hautmann call the cooking American fusion, and the card backs it: house-made lobster bisque, escargot under garlic butter and blue cheese, beef carpaccio with capers and smoked applewood salt, filet tips done black-and-blue or espresso-rubbed with mocha demi. Handhelds bring a Yuengling-braised corned beef Reuben, a pressed Cuban, grouper tacos, the Beach Burger.
