Starters run past the usual to shrimp toast, cold sesame noodles, Szechuan wontons in chilli oil, fried donuts and a pu pu platter built for two. Noodles get their own attention: Yang Chow fried rice, Singapore chow mai fun, lo mein done Szechuan style, and yat gaw mein soups with pork, chicken or shrimp. House specials bring seafood delight, happy family, four seasons and Tung Ting shrimp; the Szechuan page adds sizzling scallop and beef, Tai Chien chicken and General Tso's made with tofu.
