Twenty-one chef's specialties give it range, from bourbon chicken and General Tso's bean curd to sesame shrimp, Hunan double, scallop and beef, Tung Ting shrimp in egg white sauce, Snow White, subgum wonton and a Hawaii Five O of shrimp, scallops, chicken, beef and roast pork in garlic sauce. Combination dinners arrive with roast pork fried rice and an egg roll; moo shu comes with six pancakes. The kitchen closes at nine on weeknights, ten at weekends, and not at all on Sundays.
