Certified organic, entirely plant-based, and unusually inventive about it. Christopher's Kitchen writes a menu where the crab cakes are hearts of palm and jackfruit and the tuna salad is chickpeas, apples and capers, so almost nothing arrives as you picture it. The kitchen turns out tempura cauliflower under a gochujang glaze, stacked nachos under cashew cheese and mole, black truffle flatbread with macadamia ricotta, pad thai, mushroom bolognese and mac and cheese built on quinoa pasta. Grain bowls, raw NYC rolls, collard-wrapped Thai wraps and a takeout market fill the rest. Two Palm Beach County dining rooms. No reservations taken.
