Tampa's original brewhouse pours more than twenty taps inside the working facility where Jai Alai IPA was first brewed in 2009. The kitchen matches the beer rather than trailing it: pork belly croquetas with pickled mustard seed, Tampa chicharrones under barbecue glaze with Cuban toast points, a Bavarian pretzel with house mustard and rotating cheese dip, sticky wings, a Maduro-marinated steak sandwich on local Cuban bread, Cuban meatloaf over mashed yuca and sweet plantains. Flights, growler fills and cans to go finish it. Drinkers come for the pairing and the family-friendly room. Sixteen years on Spruce Street; now Ybor City.
