Family owned and parked on US Highway 441, the Alachua kitchen preps every meat in house daily, free of antibiotics and hormones, and pickles its own escabeche of carrots, onions and jalapenos. Choose a protein and the rest follows: al pastor grilled with fresh pina, shredded carnitas, braised barbacoa, carne asada, or wild-caught shrimp and flounder from the grill. Tacos come loaded, or kept authentic with cilantro, onion and lime, or wrapped in lettuce. Add queso, corn salsa, guacamole. Birria tacos come with consome. Every delivery order for the company is sourced from this room. The doors close on Sundays.
