The hearth is the whole idea here: open ovens turning out stone flats blistered at the edge, in a room where the bar runs as late as the kitchen. Flatbreads range from a plain Margherita to Black and Blue with blackened sirloin and blue cheese, a Meatlover's under chorizo and Italian sausage, and turkey with pear and brie, every one available gluten-free. Beyond the oven come Norwegian salmon with Mediterranean salsa and feta, short rib pot roast on Boursin mashed potatoes, and pork osso bucco. A pick-two lunch box runs until three. Live music, trivia or karaoke lands here nightly.
