C'KEISHA'SMOBILE EATERY – Restaurant

Keisha Williams-Graham taught in public schools for twenty-five years before putting her cooking on wheels, and named the truck for herself and her husband Charles. What comes out of the window is Southern seafood, fried hard and fried right: conch, lobster, whole snapper fillet, shrimp, all golden and served with your choice of two sides. Wings come lemon pepper, hot, honey, barbecue or sweet chilli, with fries and slaw. Seafood rice is the side people ask for by name. Then the fried cheesecake, which is the reason half the queue is standing there. Family-run, Homestead-based, and well worth chasing down.
