CHINA GARDEN – Restaurant

A South Miami-Dade takeout counter out on SW 152nd Street, and one that quietly puts lobster onto the everyday menu. Lobster turns up in the fried rice bowl, the chow mein, the beef lo mein and the egg foo young, a small extravagance beside the usual roast pork and chicken versions. Elsewhere it is subgum chicken chow mein, Singapore chow mein fun, diced chicken with almond ding or peanuts, shrimp with pepper and tomato, scallops in garlic sauce, double-sauteed pork and Mongolian beef.
